Interior design of a maisonette in the apartment building in Lubotran St.

The largest property in the building, the maisonette has 3 family bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, one guestroom, a guest bathroom, a spacious living and dining room and a shared space on the upper floor. 

Following the design line of all apartments in the building, the maisonette's floors are covered with oak parquet in the bedrooms and living room and with white ceramic tiles in the corridor and in front of the kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious and bright, most of them with windows providing natural light and ventilation. All furnitures are made of white-painted MDF. The stair is made of solid oak.

A zig zag wall covered with wood in a herringbone pattern creates a visual accent in the shared space on the upper floor.
